I, too, usually hate this Change the Ratio shit. Stop talking, start acting, and just do it. But when I read the description for this panel, it did feel like the conversation is starting to go in the right direction re: all this women in tech BS: “Is a lack of female coders the same as a lack of women in the field of technology?
